Blog Entry 16



1.Don't eat anything your great-grandmother wouldn't recognize as food:

I have feelings that I can’t do this. Because, I can’t eat something that my great-mother like. Because my grandmother has totally different food taste. It is really hard for me to follow her rottine.

  2.Avoid food products containing ingredients that are unfamiliar, unpronounceable, more than five in number or that include high-fructose corn syrup:   

 I am also agreed with this choice. Because I don’t eat unfamiliar or unpronounceable food. There are two reasons for that. First of all my religion don’t allow me to eat anything. Secondly, my body doesn’t suit all food.

   3.Avoid food products that make health claims:

I think I would love to avoid those food that make health claims. But it is very hard to avoid this kinds of foods. Beacause now a days those kinds of food all over in the market.

   4.Shop in the peripheries of the supermarket and stay out of the middle:

Mostly I do this in the superper market. But when I go with my brother he do the oposite.

   5.Get out of the supermarket whenever possible:

I would love do this whenever possible. May be sometimes it is hard to do it but finding fresh food is better than anything else.

  6.Eat mostly plants, especially leaves:

I agreed with this choice. Eating vegitables is the best choice  rather than eating meats. I do eat vegitables most of the time.

  7.Pay more, eat less:

This is bad idea. Most of the people don’t make good money. Although food is very important, we don't need to spend a lot of our money to buy Expensive food.

  8.Cook, If you can, plant a garden. Eat complete meals, at a table, if possible not alone. Eat slowly.

This is very Important and perfect idea. Plant in a garden, own cultivation and breeding of food is the most reassuring. Eating own income to food is also is a very happy things.
